When a person is experiencing a mental health crisis, it can be hard for them to help themselves. As a certified mental health first aider, you can initiate the crucial conversation that helps them get the professional support they need.

Course Format:
Pre-Course Learning:
Engage in self-paced eLearning that takes approximately 5 hours to complete.
Interactive Zoom Session:
Participate in a 5 hour session with breaks led by our trainer, Taylor, to deepen your understanding and practise your skills.
Internationally recognised certification:
Earn an official Mental Health First Aid for the workplace certificate upon successfully passing the Mental Health First Aid assessment.
