At EQ Minds, we believe that with the right knowledge, inspiration and support, everyone can lead a more mindful life. That’s why we’ve created our 21-day program focused on teaching you the foundations of calmness and awareness, creating space to really be in the moment.
The chasing calm program is 21 days to assist in forming new habits. Everyday includes bite size reading, either a short video, recommended TED talk, guided meditation and reflection time. The minimum time commitment you can plan for is 10 minutes per day. It is entirely aimed at being self-paced and you will get a lot of support in our Private Community Group.
The Chasing Calm private community is a closed Facebook group managed by Chelsea and EQ’s amazing team. You can share your dreams and goals with us here, find support from like-minded people and no question goes unanswered.
